Key Result Areas (KRAs) for a Store Incharge :
Inventory Management & Accuracy:
Maintain accurate stock records (manual/digital) and conduct regular physical verification to prevent loss.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure no stockouts occur and manage slow-moving or obsolete stock.
Implement ABC analysis for efficient inventory control.
Operational Efficiency & Compliance:
Oversee daily operations, including material receipt, inspection, and issuance.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, security regulations in the store.
Maintain proper documentation (GRN - Goods Received Notes, invoices, Challans) and assist with audit requirements.
Supplier & Inter-departmental Coordination:
Coordinate with the purchasing department for timely procurement and supplier coordination.
Ensure received goods comply with Purchase Order (PO) specifications.
Store Maintenance & Team Supervision:
Maintain 5S standards (cleanliness, organization) in the store.
Supervise, schedule to ensure smooth operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Measure Success:
Inventory Accuracy Percentage: Target 100% agreement between physical stock and system records.
