Job Summary:

The Retail Promotion Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing retail promotional activities to increase product visibility, drive footfall, and boost sales performance across assigned outlets or regions. This role involves close coordination with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute retail promotional campaigns, in-store branding, and activation programs.

• Supervise retail promoters, ensure brand guidelines are followed, and maintain visual standards.

• Coordinate with vendors and marketing agencies for display materials and promotional setups.

• Track and report performance metrics — footfall, conversions, and sales impact.

• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local marketing events.

• Ensure adequate product availability and merchandising at retail counters.

• Gather market intelligence on competitor promotions and consumer preferences.

• Handle budgeting and expense management for retail promotions.

• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and sales partners.
