Beauty Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in cosmetic sales, strong product knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting cosmetic products.

Recommend products based on customer needs, skin type, and preferences.

Demonstrate proper product application techniques.

Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and trends.

Meet sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Ensure cleanliness and proper display of products at the counter.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in the cosmetic industry (sales or advisory).

Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary) qualification.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable appearance with a passion for beauty and skincare.

Basic knowledge of makeup and skincare products.

Ability to work in a team and flexible with shifts.
