Product Data Management Manage product catalog onboarding, enrichment, and lifecycle processes. Establish product content governance and stewardship processes. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information across channels. Define and implement product data quality frameworks and KPIs. Integration & Development Integrate PIM platforms with enterprise systems such as: ERP eCommerce platforms OMS CRM DAM MDM solutions Develop and support REST APIs and middleware integrations. Work with ETL processes for product data migration and synchronization. Support syndication of product content to marketplaces, retailer portals, and digital channels. Solution Optimization Improve product content workflows and operational efficiencies. Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities. Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
