Job Summary:

The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert advice on prescription and over-the-counter drugs, and ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations. They play a key role in patient care by ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
✅ Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and prevent drug interactions.
✅ Provide expert advice on the usage, dosage, and possible side effects of medications.
✅ Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
✅ Ensure that all medicines are correctly labeled and packaged.
✅ Monitor stock levels and manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
✅ Maintain accurate records for controlled substances and other medications as per regulatory requirements.
✅ Provide health and wellness information to customers and promote awareness about health products.
✅ Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, pharmacy laws, and company policies.
✅ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
