Petrol Pump Manager

• Operations Management:

  Supervising daily fuel dispensing operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of pumps and equipment, and implementing strategies to increase sales. 

• Staff Management:

  Recruiting, training, and supervising pump attendants and other staff, managing shifts, and assigning duties. 

• Inventory & Finance:

  Monitoring fuel and product inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for deliveries, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation, and managing financial transactions and records. 

• Customer Service:

  Handling customer complaints, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues promptly. 

• Safety & Compliance:

  Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to fuel stations and conducting regular equipment maintenance and calibration. 

• Technical Tasks:

  Calibrating and maintaining pumps and meters, performing dip measurements, and taking fuel samples for testing
