We are looking for a Operation Manager to join our team at Trimytones Ventures Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete salon outlet setup and pre-opening activities.
Coordinate with interior, furniture, equipment, branding, and other vendors.
Ensure timely installation and availability of salon furniture, fixtures, equipment, products, and supplies.
Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, training, and deployment as per outlet requirements.
Ensure salon SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and service standards are implemented.
Manage inventory, stock requirements, and opening-day supplies.
Coordinate with Head Office, franchise/owner, vendors, and salon teams.
Prepare and monitor outlet opening checklists and timelines.
Conduct pre-opening checks and coordinate trial runs/soft openings.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
