About the Role
Spectravue is looking for a dynamic and high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive our market presence in Mumbai. You will be the face of our brand, visiting schools, colleges, and corporate offices to demonstrate our interactive flat panels and tech solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the move, thrives on meeting new people, and has a knack for explaining technology in a simple, compelling way.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to schools, educational institutions, and corporate offices across your assigned territory in Mumbai.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on, live demonstrations of Spectravue interactive panels, effectively highlighting technical features and their real-world benefits for teachers and professionals.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (principals, IT managers, purchase heads).
Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process—from initial cold calls and meetings to product demos, price negotiations, and final deal closure.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor activity and provide valuable feedback on local market trends and customer requirements to help us refine our offerings.
Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using our reporting tools.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in EdTech, IT hardware, or office automation.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a personal two-wheeler to effectively navigate Mumbai for client visits.
Communication: Strong command of English, Hindi, and Marathi to engage with a diverse client base.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn the technical nuances of hardware and software quickly and present them confidently.
Personality: Highly motivated, self-starting, and resilient. You should be comfortable with face-to-face rejection and driven by achieving monthly sales targets.
Presentation: A professional, well-groomed appearance, as you will represent Spectravue to high-level stakeholders.
