Job Description

Maintain counter standards including replenishment and presentation the general appearance and cleanliness of department

Maintain floor standards including replenishment and presentation the general appearance and cleanliness of department

Demonstrates the ability to highlight the features and benefits of merchandise in their area

Maximizes personal and departmental jewelry and watch sales performance by providing a positive shopping experience for customers

Assists customers with jewelry transactions of all types, including sales, trade-ups, returns special orders, and layaways

Develops and maintains jewelry and watch product knowledge, to include attendance at specific training on watches, gold, silver, color stones, pearls, and diamonds

Actively supports the integrity of Exchange information systems

Displays a high degree of professionalism, both visually and verbally, at all times on the sales floor and when speaking on the phone

Becomes familiar with commercial sector retail store sales events, merchandising practices, Implements "best practices" as feasible

Offering outstanding customer service
