We are urgently hiring for Mobile Store Executive for one of our Client at Rajkot Location.

Experience: Min 6 months

Qualification: Min 12th Pass

Locations: Surat, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Rajkot

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones and accessories.

• Provide detailed information about various mobile models, features, and pricing.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, new launches, and offers in the mobile industry.

• Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the store.

• Handle billing and customer transactions through POS systems.

• Address customer queries and provide after-sales support.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Assist with inventory management and stock organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile retail sales.

• Strong knowledge of smartphones and mobile accessories.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with billing software and POS systems.

• Target-oriented, with a customer-first attitude.

• Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th Pass; a graduate degree is a plus.

• Experience working with top mobile brands like Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, etc.

• Multilingual abilities (Gujarati, Hindi, English) are an advantage.
