Mall Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Promoter with Fintech experience to promote Amazon Pay at our partner retail locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fintech product promotions and the ability to educate and onboard customers and merchants onto the Amazon Pay platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote Amazon Pay services and benefits to walk-in customers and merchants.

• Explain the features, usage, and security aspects of Amazon Pay in simple, engaging terms.

• Onboard merchants onto Amazon Pay and assist in initial transactions if required.

• Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase payment ease and cashback offers.

• Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and transaction targets.

• Address and resolve customer queries or concerns related to Amazon Pay.

• Distribute promotional material and assist in setting up kiosks/stalls as needed.

• Maintain regular feedback reports and provide insights to the area manager or team lead.

• Stay updated with Amazon Pay’s latest features, offers, and updates.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1 – 5 years of experience in sales, field promotion, or fintech (especially digital payments/UPI).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language.

• Experience in merchant onboarding, digital wallet promotion, or app-based sales is a plus.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor app or transaction issues.

• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork or mall environment.
