Key Responsibilities-
Operations Management: Oversee daily showroom opening and closing, floor supervision, billing accuracy, and payment processes.
Sales Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the sales staff to hit daily, monthly, and yearly revenue targets.
Customer Relations: Handle high-value clients, resolve complaints professionally, and build long-term relationships for repeat business.
Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor stock movement, prevent shrinkage, and conduct regular inventory audits.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays, clean display counters, and overall showroom ambiance according to brand standards.
Reporting & Compliance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like footfall and conversion rates, and submit regular sales and MIS reports.
