About the Role
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to join our team at Jewellers, Marine Drive, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, and pricing.
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
Build strong customer relationships and provide personalized service.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom looks presentable.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of jewellery collections, market trends, and new arrivals.
Support billing, customer follow-ups, and after-sales services.
Follow company policies and maintain showroom standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail is preferred.
Experience in selling gold, diamond, or precious jewellery will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Good grooming and a professional attitude.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
