Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Jewellery (Female Only)Location: BiharIndustry: Jewellery / RetailExperience: 2–5 years (Preferably in Jewellery Retail)Salary: As per industry standardsJob Description:We are hiring a smart and customer-friendly Female Counter Sales Executive for our jewellery showroom in Bihar. The candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in jewellery or premium retail sales.Responsibilities:Welcome and assist all walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.Understand customer preferences and showcase suitable jewellery collections.Explain product details – purity, weight, design, pricing, certification, offers, etc.Handle billing, invoicing, and basic computer entries.Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of the counter.Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.Handle exchanges, returns, and customer concerns politely.Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Coordinate with store manager for inventory management.Follow showroom SOPs, security checks, and cash handling protocols.Requirements:Female candidates onlyMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred1–5 years of jewellery or retail sales experience (Gold/Diamond/Silver preferred)Good communication skills in Hindi (English will be added advantage)Excellent customer service & product knowledgePresentable grooming and confident personalityBasic knowledge of POS/billing softwareComfortable working in shifts, weekends, and festive seasonsBenefits:Good salary + sales incentivesStaff discounts on jewelleryPerformance-based monthly bonusesTraining & growth opportunities within the company
