Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on jewellery selection to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewellery types, materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones), and current market trends.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensure display cases are clean, organized, and visually appealing, complying with brand standards.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Transactions & Inventory: Process sales via POS systems accurately, handle inquiries/returns, and assist with stock inventory management.
