Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers in selecting jewellery products as per their requirements
Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers to customers
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain showroom display and product presentation
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Handle billing, order coordination, and customer follow-up
Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory team
Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery items
Support showroom operations and team coordination
