Key Responsibilities:
Gold Valuation: Evaluate old gold systematically to determine accurate pricing for customer buybacks.
Purity & Weight Verification: Test 18K and 22K gold using standard tools and acid tests to verify precise weight and purity.
Customer Assistance: Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide transparent valuation estimates.
Data Management: Log transactions, manage basic inventory data, and generate receipts using computer systems.
Store Coordination: Maintain the counter area and report daily transactions to the Branch Manager.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualifications for this role are a 12th Pass and 1-6+ years of experience.
