Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various jewelry pieces, including gemstones, metals, and design trends.

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain the appearance and organization of the sales floor and displays.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services with professionalism.

• Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and audits.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.

• Mentor and train junior sales associates, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
