Job Overview
We are looking for a smart, well-groomed, and customer-focused Jewellery Retail Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or premium retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Present and explain jewellery designs, features, and pricing.
Assist customers with bridal, festive, and occasion-based purchases.
Achieve sales targets and generate repeat business.
Handle customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Support billing, order processing, and showroom operations.
Maintain proper product display and follow security procedures.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in jewellery or premium retail sales.
Female candidates preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Pleasant, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery is an advantage.
Hindi is essential; basic English preferred.
Comfortable working with sales targets and flexible retail hours.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives
