About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and fashion-conscious Visual Merchandiser to help create an attractive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

This role is about more than simply decorating the store. You will be responsible for presenting the right products in the right way, creating appealing displays, styling mannequins, and keeping the store fresh and visually interesting while supporting sales.

What You Will Do

• Manage the overall visual presentation of the store.

• Create attractive window displays and mannequin styling.

• Arrange garments by collection, category, colour, size, and style.

• Highlight new arrivals, best sellers, festive collections, promotions, and seasonal products.

• Refresh displays regularly to keep the store looking new and engaging.

• Coordinate with the Store Manager and sales team to improve product visibility and customer experience.

• Create displays for festivals, wedding seasons, sale periods, and new collection launches.

• Ensure racks, shelves, mannequins, and displays remain clean and well organized.

• Guide store staff on maintaining visual merchandising standards.

• Coordinate with management for props, fixtures, signage, and other display materials.

• Observe customer response and make practical changes to improve product presentation and sales.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in garment, apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or retail.

• Good understanding of fashion, styling, colours, and product presentation.

• Basic hands-on experience in mannequin styling and window displays.

• A creative eye and strong attention to detail.

• Understanding of how good product presentation can influence customer buying decisions.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Comfortable working on the shop floor and in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Right Candidate

We are looking for someone creative, enthusiastic, hands-on, and interested in fashion and retail.

You should have an eye for detail and the ability to look at a store from a customer’s perspective—understanding what attracts attention, what looks appealing, and how products can be presented better.

Fresh ideas and a willingness to learn are highly valued. Candidates with experience in a garment, apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or multi-brand retail store will be preferred.
