Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily construction activities at the site.

  2. Ensure workers follow safety rules and wear safety equipment.

  3. Check quality of materials and work done.

  4. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.

  5. Maintain records of work progress and site reports.

  6. Ensure project is completed within the given time and budget.

  7. Solve problems that arise during construction.

  8. Monitor attendance of workers.
