Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  

• Provide knowledgeable advice on fashion trends, product features, and styling options.
  

• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  

• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is clean, organized, and attractive.
  

• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
  

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns professionally.
  

• Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and brand offerings.
  

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  

• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and store audits as needed.

• Age: 18-30 years.
  

• Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
