Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and customer inquiries.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings and site visits with the design team.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into bookings.
Present interior design packages and explain project offerings.
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with designers to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
2 –3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Interior Design, Real Estate, Furniture, or Home Décor.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
