Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Consultant who is passionate about interiors, understands premium customer service, and can help clients bring their dream spaces to life. You’ll be the bridge between our showroom and the client’s vision — guiding them on design, materials, and layouts while ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients visiting the showroom with warmth and professionalism.

• Understand client needs and provide expert furniture & interior solutions.

• Work closely with architects, designers, and homeowners to create customized setups.

• Create mood boards, layouts, and design concepts (basic software knowledge preferred).

• Coordinate with operations & installation teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a luxury experience.

• Stay updated with international design trends, finishes, and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture / related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in interiors, luxury retail, or furniture sales (freshers with design background may apply).

• Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage client expectations.
