Job Title: CSP Reports to: Business Manager Division: Sales Prepared on: July 2026 Job Purpose Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers at the counter, promoting products, generating sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Support daily retail operations, product presentation, and achievement of sales targets. Key Accountabilities Welcome customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products. Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers. Promote products and achieve assigned sales targets. Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions. Process orders, billing, and payments accurately. Maintain product displays, stock availability, and counter presentation. Build customer relationships and encourage repeat sales. Maintain sales records and follow company policies and service standards. Key Performance Indicators KPI Measure Description Sales Achievement & Conversion Target Attainment & Conversion Rate Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals Convert customer inquiries into successful sales. Customer Satisfaction Customer Feedback Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Product Knowledge Customer Assistance Provide accurate product information and effective recommendations. Visual Merchandising (VM) Display Standards & Compliance Maintain attractive product displays, proper merchandising, and brand presentation standards. Counter Operations Accuracy & Compliance Ensure accurate billing, stock handling, and adherence to processes. Sales & Stock Report Sales Amount, Stock Quantity, Stock Value Measures total sales and current inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while tracking sales performance and inventory efficiency. Candidate Profile Graduate / HSC in any discipline. 1–5 years of retail sales experience preferred. Good communication and customer handling skills. Basic POS knowledge preferred.
