Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Sales Promoters for counter sales at Candy Toy. The candidate will be responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, and driving sales at the counter.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Attend to customers and explain product features.
Promote Candy Toy products and encourage customers to make purchases.
Handle counter sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
Manage customer queries and provide a good shopping experience.
Maintain stock availability and coordinate with store staff.
Ensure the counter is clean and well-organised.
Candidate Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales-oriented and customer-friendly attitude.
Prior experience in counter sales, retail sales or product promotion preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Presentable, energetic and confident.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
