We are seeking a courteous and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to join our Food & Beverage team. The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar

• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area

• Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and professionally

• Follow service standards and safety protocols

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service

• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in F\&B service (freshers may also apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
