Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (in hand)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Indore (Saket Nagar). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned area

• Pitch products/services and convert leads into sales

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Follow up with prospects and ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales

• Report daily activity to the sales manager

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred

• 1-4 years of field sales experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Familiarity with local geography (Saket Nagar & surrounding areas)
