Role Objective: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive to join our furniture retail team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing expert design advice, maintaining an immaculate showroom, and ensuring every customer finds the perfect pieces for their space.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales: Engage with walk-in customers to understand their home furnishing needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
Product Knowledge: Master the details of our inventory, including wood types, upholstery fabrics, dimensions, and warranty information.
Visual Merchandising: Assist in the professional arrangement of furniture displays to highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections.
Order Management: Process invoices, handle payments accurately, and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely home deliveries.
Lead Follow-up: Proactively reach out to potential leads and maintain a database of repeat clients to share upcoming promotions.
Required Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in retail sales; experience in furniture, home decor, or real estate is a major plus.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a polite and professional demeanor, and basic math proficiency for billing.
Aesthetics: A basic understanding of interior design trends and color coordination.
