Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Furnishing Salesman to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in and existing customers and understand their requirements.
Promote and sell furnishing products such as curtains, blinds, upholstery, carpets, wallpapers, and sofa fabrics.
Explain product features, pricing, and options to customers.
Prepare quotations and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and customers.
Maintain good relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers.
Coordinate with the installation/delivery team when required.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in furnishing, furniture, interior, home décor, or retail sales.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Hindi and basic English communication preferred.
Candidates with showroom sales experience will be preferred.
Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000/month
