• Identify and resolve on-the-spot issues like display damage, stock mismatch, customer complaints, etc.

• Coordinate with the sales team for layout changes or new product displays.

• Send daily reports of floor readiness, issues, and highlights to store head.

• Guide housekeeping or junior staff for display or cleanliness tasks.
