Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Styling:

• Greet customers and understand their needs related to baby, kids, and maternity wear

• Provide styling assistance and product recommendations

• Assist customers with size guidance, fabric details, and outfit coordination

• Ensure a warm, personalized, and professional customer experience

Sales & Service:

• Drive store sales through upselling and cross-selling

• Understand ongoing promotions, offers, and product features

• Build and maintain customer relationships

Store Operations:

• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Handle POS billing and assist in day-to-day store operations

• Monitor stock levels and assist during inventory counts

Brand Representation:

• Represent Reliance Mothercare with professionalism, courtesy, and service excellence

• Stay updated on new product lines and fashion trends

• Deliver a premium brand experience to all customers
