Job Title: Fashion Consultant – Ethnic Wear
We are hiring fashion consultants for a well-established ethnic apparel retail brand.
Mandatory Requirement:
Hands-on experience in ethnic/traditional wear sales is compulsory (sarees, kurtis, lehengas, and festive collections).
Salary: Competitive Salary + incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear and provide styling guidance.
Share accurate details on fabrics, designs, pricing, and ongoing offers.
Cross-sell and upsell to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain rack display, stock availability, and visual merchandising.
Support billing, returns, and basic inventory coordination.
Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
Share customer feedback and sales updates with the store manager.
