Core Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily Justbake Store operations, ensuring SOP compliance and service quality across all properties.
Financial Management: Develop budgets, analyze P&L statements, control food/beverage costs, and drive revenue growth through strategic menu engineering.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule managers and staff across the cluster.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and statutory compliance (e.g., FSSAI norms in India).
Guest Experience & Marketing: Address guest feedback, monitor brand reputation, and collaborate on marketing campaigns and events.
Vendor & Inventory Management: Oversee procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and conduct regular inventory audits
