Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Identify, approach, and acquire new customers through various channels

• Demonstrate and promote eyewear products to customers

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate eyewear solutions

• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations

• Close sales transactions and ensure customer satisfaction

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and quotas

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers

• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-purchase

• Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business

Territory Management:

• Manage assigned sales territory effectively

• Identify market opportunities within the territory

• Expand customer base through prospecting and networking

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences

Product Knowledge:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of eyewear products

• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications

• Educate customers about different eyewear options

• Answer technical questions about frames, lenses, and prescriptions

• Train new team members on product details

Negotiation & Sales Excellence:

• Negotiate prices and terms with customers

• Overcome customer objections effectively

• Close deals successfully

Reporting & Administrative:

• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
