Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Food Counter Sales Executive to serve customers, take orders, and ensure a pleasant customer experience at the food counter. The role involves handling cash, maintaining hygiene, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selection

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments

Serve food and beverages as per order

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area

Ensure proper display of food items and menu boards

Coordinate with kitchen staff for order preparation

Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints

Monitor stock levels and inform supervisor for replenishment

Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
