Role Overview:

We are hiring Counter Sales Executives who are customer-friendly, energetic, and passionate about retail. You will assist customers in selecting kids’ clothing, handle billing, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customers with product selection.

• Demonstrate product features, sizes, and styles.

• Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.

• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

• Address customer queries and feedback politely.

• Assist with stock management and replenishment.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (apparel/kidswear experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Willingness to work in shifts/weekends as per store requirements.
