Job Description

Title: Counter Sales Executive

Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:15 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the store counter

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

Handle product inquiries and provide accurate information

Manage billing, invoicing, and payment collection

Maintain product display and store cleanliness

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Handle customer complaints politely and professionally

Maintain stock records and coordinate with the inventory team

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Presentable personality and customer-friendly attitude

Basic knowledge of billing systems / POS

Experience in retail or counter sales preferred
