Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, promoting products, managing billing operations, and providing excellent customer service. A presentable appearance, effective communication in the local language, and prior sales experience are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations

• Generate sales by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate

• Handle billing, payment processing, and ensure accurate invoicing

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the counter/display area

• Keep stock records and report inventory needs

• Build long-term customer relationships and handle after-sales queries if required

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Presentable appearance and positive attitude

• Strong communication skills in English and the local language (mandatory)

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail or counter sales environment

• Familiarity with billing software and handling cash/card payments

• Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
