➢Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This role demands professionalism, confidence, and a passion for premium products.
➢Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage existing client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Present and promote company products to potential customers with in-depth product knowledge.
• Handle customer queries, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure the showroom is presentable and aligned with the brand’s premium image.
➢Requirements:
• 3–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in retail, luxury products, or gifting solutions.
• Strong command over Hindi and Gujarati; English proficiency is an added advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
