Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Paint Consultant to join our sales team in Dilshad Garden. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of paints and coatings. You will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, offering design/color guidance, and driving in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.

• Offer color consultation and suggest suitable finishes, textures, and paint types.

• Explain features, benefits, and application methods of various paint products.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with backend support and delivery/logistics teams.

• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales (experience in paint or hardware industry is an advantage).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of color theory and interior aesthetics is a plus.

• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, with a weekly day off.
