Job Summary:

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to drive in-store optical showroom sales, create exceptional customer experiences, and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and convincing skills, a presentable appearance, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a warm, professional approach

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products

• Provide detailed information on features, pricing, and benefits of products

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and attractive

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat business

• Process sales transactions and support billing, documentation, and delivery coordination

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field

• Experience: 0–2 years in showroom or retail sales Optical showroom

• Skills & Traits:
