• Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a professional and friendly approach.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable appliances and crockery products.

• Provide detailed information on product features, specifications, benefits, and pricing.

• Demonstrate usage and care techniques for various appliances and crockery items.

• Stay up to date with product trends, new arrivals, and technical knowledge.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of brands, warranties, promotions, and after-sales services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Manage inventory displays and ensure cleanliness and organization in the sales area.

• Process transactions and support billing or order-related queries.

• Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build long-term relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in sales or retail is a plus.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in appliance, crockery, or general retail sales.

• Strong product knowledge of kitchen appliances and crockery materials/types.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-first attitude with the ability to explain technical features in simple terms.

• Basic computer skills for billing and product lookup.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and store hours.
