Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their requirements (mobiles, laptops, accessories, appliances, etc.)
Demonstrate electronic products and explain features, specifications, and benefits
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection (cash, card, EMI, UPI)
Promote ongoing offers, warranties, and add-on products (accessories, insurance, etc.)
Maintain product display, cleanliness, and proper arrangement of items
Manage stock at the counter and coordinate with inventory/store team
Handle basic troubleshooting queries and guide customers on product usage
Resolve customer complaints or escalate when required
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic technical knowledge of electronic products (mobiles, gadgets, appliances)
Sales and customer handling skills
Familiarity with billing software/POS systems
Ability to explain technical features in simple terms
Upselling and cross-selling ability
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (preferred)
Experience in electronics retail sales is an advantage
Working Conditions:
Retail showroom environment
Standing for long hours may be required
Rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Salary Range (India):
₹12,000 to ₹30,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and sales performance)
