Greet and welcome customers in the showroom.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.

Showcase products, explaining features, pricing, and materials.

Assist customers in making purchase decisions.

Handle billing and payment processes.

Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and showroom decorum.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer queries, returns, or complaints professionally.

Stay updated on latest jewelry trends, collections, and promotions.
