Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Sales Executive to manage customer interactions at the front desk of our kids’ entertainment centre. The role involves handling ticket sales, memberships, billing, and providing a delightful experience to parents and children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and explain play packages, memberships, and offers.

• Handle billing, cash, UPI, card payments, and issue receipts.

• Manage daily counter sales and maintain accurate cash records.

• Answer customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely.

• Maintain entry registers and manage play-time slots.

• Promote ongoing offers, birthday party packages, and events.

• Coordinate with floor staff for smooth customer flow.

• Ensure cleanliness and discipline in the counter area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel is a plus).

• Good communication skills in English and the local language.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.

• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

Preferred Traits:

• Experience in retail, mall counters, or entertainment centres.

• Patience and the ability to handle children and parents.
