Role Overview
The Bridal Store Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting clients throughout their
shopping journey — from understanding their requirements to styling, fittings, and final
delivery.
The Ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of bridal
fashion trends, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This role also
involves maintaining store displays, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall
brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting bridal, festive, and designer wear, ensuring a
luxurious and comfortable experience.
Understand customer preferences, occasions, and budgets to provide personalized styling
suggestions.
Assist customers with fittings, trials, and alterations while coordinating with the tailoring
team.
Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store, ensuring all merchandise is
displayed attractively.
Keep track of stock levels, sizes, and new arrivals; assist in inventory management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Assist in promotional activities, trunk shows, and in-store events as needed.
Handle billing, customer data entry, receipts, and accurate daily reporting.
Collaborate with the marketing team by providing feedback on customer preferences and
assisting with social media promotions when required.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or related
field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, bridal wear, or designer fashion sales.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Strong knowledge of bridal and ethnic fashion trends and fabrics.
Customer-first attitude with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple clients
simultaneously.
Proficiency in using billing software, POS systems, and MS Office applications.
Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a keen sense of aesthetics.
Punctual, well-groomed, and professional in demeanor.
Salary & Work Details
Salary: 10,000 to 30,000 (based on performance and skills)
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (Work from Store)
Working Days: 6 days a week (one week off)
