Key responsibilities
Customer engagement:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom or by phone, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
Sales and demonstration:
Present vehicle features and benefits, arrange and conduct test drives, and negotiate prices and financing options to close sales.
Sales management:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, maintain a follow-up system for potential customers, and generate new business opportunities.
Paperwork and administration:
Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases and financing arrangements.
Product and market knowledge:
Stay current on all new and used vehicle models, features, and market trends, including competitor offerings.
Post-sale support:
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and schedule first service appointments.
Dealership support:
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, and collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall dealership success.
