A car sales retailer, also known as a car salesperson or retail sales executive, is responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting dealership sales targets.Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers at the dealership and understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
Showcasing cars, explaining features and warranties, and providing thorough product knowledge.
Accompanying customers on test drives and assisting with related documentation.
Negotiating prices, evaluating trade-in options, and finalizing sales agreements.
Coordinating with finance departments to explain financing and insurance options.
Maintaining showroom displays and keeping accurate sales and customer records.
Following up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Supporting promotional and marketing activities as needed.
