Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and generate new leads through field activities and references
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
Arrange and conduct test drives for customers
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO processes for smooth delivery
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports
